A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
It started with a bike. And a need to clear my head.
I wasn't looking to build a brand. I was looking for somewhere to put my head.
Like a lot of people, I'd spent years moving fast in the wrong directions — productive, busy, connected to everything except myself. And then, somewhere between one ride and the next, I noticed something. The noise stopped. Not the world's noise — mine. For an hour, sometimes two, there was just the road, the gradient, the rhythm of it. Something that felt like breathing again.
True Pursuits came out of that. Not as a business plan, but as a question I kept asking myself: what if the clothes you wore actually reflected the life you were trying to live? Not performance. Not aspiration. Just the real version — the ride that clears your head, the trail that quietens things down, the slow morning that reminds you who you are when nobody's watching.
Every piece we make starts from that place. Organic cotton because it matters what touches your skin. Printed only when ordered because overproduction is its own kind of noise. Designed to mean something, even if that something is just: I'd rather be outside.
