Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed to order and shipped from our UK-based fulfilment centre.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK usually takes an additional 3–6 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We're exploring international shipping options and hope to expand our reach in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose the appropriate size, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@truepursuits.co as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already entered production.
Do you offer gift options?
While we don't currently offer gift wrapping or personalized messages, rest assured that our packages do not include pricing information, making them suitable for gifting.

What sizes do you offer?

Will my apparel shrink after washing?
Our apparel is pre-shrunk. To maintain their quality, we recommend washing them in cold water and air drying.
How should I care for my apparel?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 28 days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@truepursuits.co to initiate a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information.
Order Issues
I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@truepursuits.co within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided. If you need further assistance, contact us at hello@truepursuits.co.
My tracking says "delivered", but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Sometimes couriers mark parcels as delivered before they arrive. We recommend checking with neighbours, your local depot, or any safe places around your address first. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@truepursuits.co and we’ll do what we can to help.
