Refund & Returns Policy
At True Pursuits, we’re all about movement, adventure, and feeling good. We stand behind every product we create, but we get it - sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds, keeping things simple and fair.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or faulty, email us at hello@truepursuits.co within 14 days of receiving it. Please include:

A few clear photos of the issue
We’ll issue a full refund and also cover any return postage required.
Changed Your Mind/Wrong Size
While all our products are printed when ordered, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, you have 28 days from receiving it to send it back for a refund.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging intact).

You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.

Return must be initiated by emailing hello@truepursuits.co with your order number.
We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Note: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We strongly encourage you to check the size guide before ordering to get it right the first time. Every return means extra materials, energy, and shipping emissions, and we want to keep our footprint as light as possible. If you're unsure, reach out before ordering—we’re happy to help!

Items We Can’t Accept:
In line with UK/EU law, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized items.

Final sale or clearance items.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Gift cards.
Entered Wrong Delivery Address
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us ASAP at hello@truepursuits.co along with your order number.

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can update the address for you.

If your order has already been printed and shipped, we can’t change the address. However, if the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address but additional shipping fees may apply.
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your address before placing your order!
Lost in Transit
If your order seems to have disappeared during shipping, don't worry – we're here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@truepursuits.co, quoting your order number, within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the issue, and if the package is indeed lost, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Occasionally, couriers might mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If this happens:

Double-check your delivery address.

Look in safe places around your property.

Ask your neighbours.

Contact the courier for more information.
If you still can’t find it, email us. While we can’t take responsibility for packages marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to help.
Where to Send Returns
Please contact us at hello@truepursuits.co before returning anything. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If all looks good:

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds go to the original payment method.
Please note:

Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect (as required by law).

If you return your entire order, we will refund the standard delivery charge (but not any express upgrades).

Banks and card providers may take up to 10 business days to show the refund. If it takes longer, just email us at hello@truepursuits.co — we’re happy to follow up.
