Delivery and Refunds

Each True Pursuits piece is printed to order, created only when it's needed. Nothing sits in storage, and nothing is made without purpose. It's a more considered way of creating clothing, with intention behind every piece.

Once you place your order, we begin bringing it to life. Your item is carefully printed, checked, and packed within 2 – 5 business days before being dispatched. Delivery typically takes a further 5 – 6 business days, meaning most orders arrive within 7 – 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, or free when you spend £50 or more.

If you've changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at hello@truepursuits.co with your order number and photographs, and we'll work with you to make it right.
