Delivery and Refunds

Each True Pursuits piece is printed to order, created only when it’s needed. Nothing sits in storage, and nothing is made without purpose. It’s a more considered way of creating clothing, with intention behind every piece.

Once you place your order, we begin bringing it to life. Your item is carefully printed, checked, and packed within 2 to 5 business days, before being dispatched and delivered within a further 3 to 5 business days.

Standard delivery is £3.95, or free when you spend £50 or more.

If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it, provided it’s unworn and in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
